Whole Wheat/Buckwheat Pancakes/Waffles

1 cup whole wheat or buckwheat

1/2 cup milk

2 eggs

1/3 cup cooking oil

1 t salt

1 T honey

1 T baking powder

Mix wheat/buckwheat, milk, eggs, oil, salt, and honey in a blender until the wheat/buckwheat is finely ground.

Add baking powder and mix just enough to blend.

Cook as either pancakes or waffles.
