Lasagna
1 lb lasagna noodles
Cook as per box directions. Drain and keep in cool water until ready to use.
Meat Sauce
1 lb hamburger 8 oz sweet Italian sausage 8 oz hot Italian sausage 2 medium onions 4 cloves garlic 2 28-oz can crushed tomatoes 1 T basil 2 t oregano 1 t salt 2 t black pepper

Brown the meat in a large pan. Remove with a slotted spoon, leaving the fat in the pan. Brown the onions. Return the meat to the pan and add the remaining ingredients. Simmer for at least two hours

Ricotta Cheese Mix
2 lbs Ricotta cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 beaten eggs 2 T parsley 2 t black pepper
2 lbs Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs
2 T parsley
Mix ingredients in a large bowl.
2 lbs shredded Mozzarella cheese Olive oil
Coat two deep rectangular pans (9x 11 inches) with olive oil. Layer the ingredients as follows (from the bottom of the pans): Noodles Meat sause Noodles Ricotta mix Mozzarella cheese Noodles Mozzarella cheese Cover one pan and freeze for future use. Bake one pan at 350 degrees F for 40 to 50 minutes until the chees on top begins to brown.
